I love how hyolyn encourages them to give their best through her smiling and dancing with them, you can tell the moment she saw them she was not judgmental in any way.. such a humble soul

for some foreigners talking about beauty, Korean music industry isn't Korean Idol industry. Many musicians here aren't that handsome or pretty but still get loved because of their talent. (Ex. Lee Moon Sae or Jung Seing Hwan)Non-Koreans would definitly not know them since you guys just like the Idol industry. The idol industry isn't for the talented ones. Beauty and appearances are more important in the Idol inustry, of course, and if they become trainees, they improve their vocal and dance skills for years. At the end when the trainees debut, the beautiful and skilled ones get to be an idol. SM entertainment especially cares about appearences more when they pick trainees since they believe that appearances can't be changed while skills can be improved)

Because of Korea’s mentality many real talents are put down and will never be shown to the world, this is really sad and unfair. The girl in red T-shirt it’s something unbelievable, and as a fan of Kpop I’ve never heard an Idol singing this well. EDIT: Guys I’m sorry, maybe I explained in a wrong way. Obviously there are amazing singers in Kpop industry, I meant that in Korea there could be many real talents that aren’t accepted by companies because of their lack of beauty standards. Anyways, some Kpop idols were taught how to sing, especially unpopular groups. That’s my opinion guys, I’m sorry if I offended you somehow...😳😔😔

These women can sing! They are 'even better' than most of the idols who are just Pretty and Slim.

They should give chance to people who likes to be who they are because they’re the one who will motivate others to be confident and not be scared to try things just because they think they’re not pretty enough in the industry.. i hope they’ll stop endorsing girls who are just pretty and talentless, they think fans will love them because of the face and fashion when in fact most of them can lower their fans' self esteem when watching them, always asking "what can i do to look like them?"
