Guys remember: be alert. Don’t panic.
If your immune system is working normally, the covid-19 is not very dangerous for you, so don’t be scared.
BUT: make sure to do as much as you can to slow down the spread of the virus! Be especially careful around elderly people, young kids and those with autoimmune or respiratory problems.

Wash your hands often and rub them with soap for at least 20 seconds. To make sure you’re spending enough time washing your hands, sing happy birthday (the whole song) in your head twice, while using your soap.
Try to keep a distance to other people, especially if they’re sneezing, coughing, blowing their nose.
Don’t shake hands, avoid any contact as much as possible.

If you have access to soap and water use them instead of hand sanitizer. The alcohol dries out your skin and it might even get inflamed.
Masks don’t necessarily protect you from catching the virus from someone else, but if you have symptoms of a cold, wear one to protect the people around you.

All in all make sure you eat well and sleep enough to make your body strong and strengthen your immune system. Also dress warm when you go out so that you don’t waste your body’s energy it might need to fight off the new coronavirus or any other illness.
