2 Adet taze soğan

Kızartmak için ayçiçek yağı

Sosu için yoğurt

Yapılışı:

Ekmeği geniş bir kaba koyup ıslatın, sonra da yoğurarak ezin. Diğer malzemeleri üzerine ekleyip karıştırın. Çok sulu kalmışsa karışıma biraz un ekleyebilirsiniz. Hazırladığınız karışımdan, geometri zevkleriniz doğrultusunda parçalar koparıp, istediğiniz şekli verin. Köfte şeklini verirseniz daha iyi olur tabii. Sonrasında üzerini streç filmle kapatıp, yarım saat buzdolabında bekletin. 
Hazır olduğunda yağı tavada ısıtıp köftelerinizi arkalı önlü pişirmeye başlayın. Bir yüzü kızarmadan diğerini çevirmeyin ki dağılmasın. Köfteleri koyacağınız tabağın zeminine havlu peçete yerleştirirseniz, hem köftelerin yağını çeker, hem de tabaklarınız daha az kirlenir.
Üzerine ya da yanına yoğurt koyarak köftelerinizin tadını çıkarabilirsiniz.

Yapılışı:

Patatesleri haşlayın. Kabuklarını soyup, bir kapta ezin. İçine rendelenmiş kaşar peyniri, tereyağı ve tuz ekleyip karıştırın. Sonra geniş bir tepsiye alıp yayın. Bir tencereye yağı koyun ve salçayı ekleyip karıştırın. Biraz sıcak sıcak su ekleyip, dilimlenmiş sosisleri içine atıp pişirin. Sosisleri patatesin üzerine yayın. Hazırlarken patatesler ve sosisler soğumuş ise üst malzemesini koymadan bu hali ile fırında 10 dakika kadar ısıtın. Bezelyeyi haşlayın, havuçları küp şeklinde doğrayıp haşlayın, kornişon turşuyu minik küpler halinde doğrayın ve zeytini dilimleyin. Ya da bunları marketten hazır alın, hiç uğraşmayın. Bezelye, havuç, mısır ve turşuyu bir kasede karıştırıp, patateslerin üzerine yayın. Ketçap, ve mayonez ile süsleyin.
