elephants are too beautiful, tender and most of all when they are babies like from the video, it is a love like their mother.

One of the most unnatural things on earth is seeing an Elephant in captivity.

The chains on mother's leg and the small, narrow cage is the way of avoiding the mom from lying down on their newborn and crushing them.

The narrow space would slow down the mom's movement before sitting down and crushing their baby. In the video, the staffs could be quick to take away the newborn after the delivery. Even in pigs farming, gestation crates are proven to reduce the piglets mortality from dying off their mother's weight.

It's all about safety and the welfare of the animal. What you see on the surface actually has a bigger meaning behind them.
