It's so easy to help a foreigner out. Call the embassy of their country, connect them with a person there who speaks their language and you're done.
Or use google translate to ask them their hotel name and stop a taxi for them. If they don't have money pay for them.. You won't become poor from paying somebody's bus/taxi fee once.
The last group was so rude. It's a shame.
