edit: omg i just realized there's ppl debated over my comment lol. just to clarify, in my culture/surroundings looking to other direction or not looking/staring at them when someone do that is somewhat considered to be respectful. except if it's like a dance festival or sumn and there's some sexy moves or that kind of thing then you can just keep looking because it's part of the dance and it's meant for you to look at it. but if it's like this (sexy live streaming thingy) it was meant for the viewers who probably pay subscribtion to watch it, in MY surroundings you should look to other direction/don't stare at them. except if they told you to look at them

But I like a lot their behavior .
I live in France and without generalizing I know that there would be a lot of guys who would not have been polite to women. For example most would have watched without being shy, took out their phone to film and put on social networks like Snapchat. And laughed between them. As I said at the beginning all French people are not like that but I grew up there and from what I lived its unfortunately like that.
I really like Korea for their respect
